Mr. RBG Soft provides entirely digital/remote support services. There is no physical product to ship. All services are delivered via secure remote desktop sessions, live chat, and email. Service fulfillment begins immediately upon order confirmation.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link. You can book your remote support session for any time that suits you — including evenings and weekends. Same-day sessions are available for Priority and Premium customers.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, a reminder 1 hour before your session, and a post-session summary with everything the technician did. All communication is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 1 hour before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 1 hour notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.
